  1. README FILE FOR CLINTON_TAX Release 2.0

  5. CLiNTon_TaX is a spreadsheet that calculates the effects of changes
  6. in the provisions of the personal income tax system on an individual's 
  7. or family's estimated income and social security taxes for 1993 and 1994.
  8. Release 2.0 is based on the revised tax code as passed by Congress and 
  9. signed by President Clinton this month.
  10.  
  11. There are two ZIP files, one for Excel or Lotus 1-2-3 and one for Improv.
  12. The files and their contents are:

  15.   CLNTX20E.XLS    the spreadsheet in Excel for Windows 4.0 format
  16.   CLNTX20E.XLC    an Excel chart of the taxes due under different scenarios

  18.   CLNTX20.DOC     documentation for the spreedsheet in Word for Windows 2.0

  24. should be able to read the XLS file.)
